At Aria Shoots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain photography accessories (such as cleaning kits) may not be eligible for return once opened.
Aria Shoots only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process after we receive and verify the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
If eligible, Aria Shoots will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for the pickup.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and supporting photos. We will review your request and provide instructions for return or replacement.
